VERANO VISTA RESORT
The client seeks to repurpose an existing residence into a boutique resort.
Following a comprehensive site analysis, the lot demonstrated strong potential for vertical and programmatic development.
The proposed scheme consists of seven apartments arranged over three levels, along with a ground‑floor pool and an elevated terrace designed to capture a 180‑degree panoramic view of Willemstad.

VERDE OASIS RESORT
The Project is located on a site affected by significant noise pollution, irregular boundaries, and varying topographic levels. Minimizing the economic impact of these conditions represented a substantial design challenge for the Architectural Team.
Through a strategic site‑planning approach, the Architect developed an eight‑unit resort organized around a central pool and framed by landscaped areas. This configuration transforms the site into a functional and cohesive environment, achieving the character of a true urban oasis.

JANDI RESORT
The Project is located on a lot containing three existing apartment units, which the new Owner intends to repurpose as a Mini Resort.
The required modifications to optimize both the internal and external spaces presented a significant design challenge, particularly given the limited budget and the clear, specific directives established by the Client.

THE REEF RESORT
Conceived as a residential refuge, the Project comprises 36 apartment units designed to respond to prevailing climatic conditions and the surrounding urban context.
The resulting configuration establishes a compact, self‑contained environment that functions as a small oasis within the city.

HOTEL BOUTIQUE 610
The Project involves the development of a new building located in the historic center of Oranjestad. The intervention is intended to support the revitalization of the neighborhood through a design approach grounded in Aruba’s architectural heritage.
The program includes six guest rooms and a series of common areas, including a Café Lounge on the Ground Floor and an open terrace on the Upper Floor. These spaces are designed to provide visitors and guests with an intimate, accessible, and contextually integrated hospitality experience.
